有机肥对低温弱光下小白菜光合作用的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探索低温弱光下有机肥对小白菜生长的调控效果,以无机肥处理为对照,比较了有机肥处理下,小白菜光合作用参数和荧光参数的变化。研究结果显示,对比单纯化肥处理,生物有机肥和秸秆+化肥提高了低温弱光下小白菜的光合速率(Pn)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学反应速率(Φ_(PSⅡ)),降低了调节性能量耗散(Φ_(NPQ))和非调节性能量耗散(Φ_(NF))。生物有机肥处理有更高的Φ_(PSⅡ),表示更多的激发能用于光化学反应,而较少的激发能用于热耗散和活性氧代谢过程。生物有机肥缓解了低温弱光条件下的光抑制。 To examine the regulation effects of organic fertilizer on pakchoi growth under low temperature and weak light condition, we compared the changes of photosynthetic and fluorescence parameters of pakchoi under organic fertilizer treatment, by taking chemical fertilizer as control treatment (CK). The results showed that, compared with CK, organic fertilizer and straw +chemical fertilizer improved photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular C02 concentration (C13, photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) and photochemical reaction rate (~Ps.), while reduced regulated energy dissipation (q~) and non-regulation performance dissipation (~) of pakchoi under low temperature and weak light condition. The pakchoi treated by organic fertilizer had higher φPsⅡ, showing more excitation energy using for photochemical reaction and less energy using for heat dissipation and active oxygen metabolism, thus organic fertilizer alleviated the photoinhibition under low temperature and weak light condition.
