调环酸钙对低温胁迫下烟草幼苗生理指标的影响 被引量:21

摘要 以烟草品种YY87为材料,探讨低温胁迫下调环酸钙对烟草幼苗抗性生理指标的影响。结果表明,与喷施去离子水的低温对照相比,叶面喷施调环酸钙对遭遇低温胁迫的烟草幼苗的抗性具有诱导作用。喷施调环酸钙能减缓低温逆境条件下膜脂质的过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的增加,提高了脯氨酸含量;削弱了冷胁迫对SOD、POD、CAT活性的抑制,提高酶活性;减缓了叶绿素的分解,显著提高低温胁迫下烟草叶片的叶绿素荧光参数,减小低温对植物叶片光合作用的影响;同时提高了根系活力,减弱低温对烟草幼苗生物量积累的抑制作用,提高烟草幼苗的抗冷性,进而促进烟草幼苗的生长。 In this experiment, the effect of prohexadioae calcium on the cold resistance physiological index of tobacco seedlings were investi- gated with a tobacco variety YY87. The results showed that compared with the control spraying deionized water under low temperature, spra- ying prohexadione calcium could induce the resistant of tobacco seedlings suffering low temperature. Under conditions of low temperature stress, spraying prohexadlone calcium made the increase of membrane lipid peroxidatiou product malondialdehyde(MDA) content slowly, in- crease praline content, weaken the inhibition of SOD, POD, CAT activity under cold stress, enhance enzymes activity; Slowing the decom- position of chlorophyll, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of tobacco leaves under low temperature stress significantly increased, reduce the influence of low temperature on photosynthesis of plant leaves; While improving root activity, decrease inhibitory effect of low temperature on biomass accumulation of tobacco seedlings, improve cold resistance of tobacco seedlings, thus promote the growth of tobacco seedlings.
