摘要
通过试验测定了白桦木醋液、杂木木醋液、木屑木醋液及蒸馏木屑木醋液4种木醋液的基本参数,测定了其对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)3种供试细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并以MIC为基础研究木醋液的抑菌机理。结果表明,4种木醋液对3种供试细菌均有较强的抑制作用,以蒸馏木屑木醋液抑菌效果最佳[对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为(24.13±3.21)、(17.44±2.20)、(17.59±2.79)mm];在最低抑菌浓度的作用下,3种供试细菌生长规律发生改变,细胞膜通透性增大,导致细胞内电解质、蛋白质和糖类物质的渗出,木醋液还抑制了细菌蛋白质的合成,使细胞代谢紊乱,最终使细胞死亡,从而起到抑菌作用。
Basic parameters of four kinds of wood vinegar (birch, miscellaneous, sawdust and distillated sawdust wood vinegar) were deter- mined by experiment. Minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of wood vinegar on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis were respectively determined, and antibacterial mechanism of wood vinegar was studied based on MIC. The results showed that the four kinds of wood vinegar had a strong inhibitory effect on three kinds of bacteria, and distillated sawdust wood vinegar had the strongest inhibitory effect on three kinds of bacteria [diameters of inhibition zone of E. toll, S. aureus, B. subtilis were (24.13 ±3.21), (17.44 ±2.20), ( 17.59±2.79) mm, respectively]. Growth curves of three kinds of tested bacteria were respectively changed based on MIC, cell mem- brane permeability was increased leading to intracellular electrolytes, protein and carbohydrate exudation, and wood vinegar also inhibited bacterial protein synthesis, made the cell metabolism and ultimately led to cell death, which played the bacteriostatie action.
