摘要 为了研究高温胁迫对杨树保护酶系统活性的影响,以小胡杨和大叶杨一年生嫩枝为材料,经高温胁迫处理后分别测定各叶片中保护酶活性。结果表明:当杨树叶片处于35℃时,SOD酶与POD酶协同作用,在耐热性方面起主要作用;大于45℃时,CAT酶在耐热性方面起主要作用。本研究可为耐高温杨树品种的选育和引种栽培提供理论依据。 In order to study the influence of heat stress on antioxidant enzyme system of Poplar, annual branches of Populus simoniix P.euphratica and Populus lasiocarpa Oliv. were used as materials. After heat stress treating, the antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves were respectively measured. The results showed that when the poplar leaves were under 35℃,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase enzymes synergy played a major role on heat resistance; when it is more than 45 ℃,the catalase enzyme will play a important role on heat resistance. The study provides theoretical basis for the breeding, introduction and cultivation of poplar varieties.
