摘要
文章基于河南粮食作物协同创新中心案例研究,从协同创新中心内部、期刊、报纸等媒介收集并整理资料,对协同创新中心发展的各个阶段进行分析,报告了协同创新中心目前生态运行状况。通过采用扎根理论方法,将资料中生态机制影响因素的相关内容进行概念化、范畴化和编码处理,研究发现:创新生态环境、创新生态保障、创新生态动力、创新生态能力是产学研协同创新生态机制的四大影响因素。其中,创新生态环境是前提,创新生态保障是基础,创新生态动力是关键,创新生态能力是映像。在此基础上,构建产学研协同创新生态机制影响因素模型,并对模型机理进行具体阐述。产学研协同创新的生态建设必须注重其运行过程中的各种影响因素,以实现其健康有序发展。
This paper examines the factors that affect the ecological mechanism of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation by using a grounded theory approach, data was gathered through investigating Collaborative Innovation Center of Henan Grain Crops and journal and newspaper relating to Collaborative Innovation Center of Henan Grain Crops. Four factors affecting the ecological mechanism of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation were identified. The first factor is innovative ecological environment including policy support and cultural construction. Second, such things as financial support, resource management, personnel management, management of organization affect the ecological mechanism of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation from the perspective of innovative ecological security. Third, innovative ecological motivation including personnel training and innovation team and cooperative communication plays an important role. The last factor is innovation ecology capacity. Thus, Industry-University-Resea-rch collaborative innovation should focus on various affecting factors to achieve its healthy and orderly developments during its operation.
