摘要
【目的】明确危害新疆红枣质量安全的主要重金属。【方法】以新疆6个主产区产出的30个红枣样品为受试材料,在完成受试材料镉、铬、镍、砷、铅5种主要重金属含量测试分析的基础上,采用四分位差法对受试红枣镉、铬、镍、砷、铅主要分布区间进行分析,在此基础上,依据5种重金属主要分布区间与对应限量值的接近程度,分析危害新疆红枣质量安全主要重金属。【结果】受试红枣镉、铬、砷、铅含量主要分布区间远低于对应限量值;受试红枣镍含量主要分布区间为0.1-0.206 mg/kg,与已报道的水果镍限量值0.2 mg/kg接近。【结论】相比较镉、铬、砷、铅,镍对新疆红枣质量安全造成潜在危害的可能性更高,是重点防控的新疆红枣质量安全主要危害重金属。
【Objective】To clarify the major heavy metals influencing quality and safety of jujube in Xinjiang. 【Method】In this paper,the content of Cr,Cd,Ni,As,Pb in 30 jujube from 6 main producing areas in Xinjiang were determined. By the above data and by using quartile deviation method,the main range of Cr,Cd,Ni,As,Pb were analyzed. According to the closeness between the main range and limiting value of Cr,Cd,Ni,As,the major heavy metals influencing quality and safety of jujube in Xinjiang were studied. 【Result】The results showed that main range of Cr,Cd,As,Pb was far lower than limiting value; Main range of Ni was 0. 1- 0. 206 mg / kg,closing to the limiting value that Fu Yi- gen reported. 【Conclusion】Accordingly,compared with Cr,Cd,As,Pb,Ni was found to affect the quality and safety of jujube more notably. This is the major heavy metal influencing quality and safety of jujube in this region.
