青山水库移民安置后的监测评估研究

Monitoring and Evaluation Study after Qingshan Reservoir resettlement

以青山水库移民安置后进行的监测评估工作为例,通过对水库移民收入、生产生活水平、库区和移民安置区稳定等三个方面的分析比较,阐述了在开展监测评估工作时的组织方法和技术标准,得出能够确定和完善相对科学和合理并有针对性的监测方法与评估指标体系。最后通过综合得分对移民安置监测评估效果进行评价,证明该监测方法和评估指标体系科学可行。

Taking monitoring and evaluation work carried out after the Qingshan Reservoir Resettlement as example,by three reservoir resettlement income,living standards and production,reservoir and resettlement zone stability analysis and comparison,elaborated in carrying out monitoring and evaluation work organizational methods and technical standards to identify and obtain the relative improvement of scientific and rational and targeted monitoring methods and evaluation index system.Finally,the total score of Resettlement Monitoring and Evaluation to evaluate the effect,to prove that the monitoring and evaluation system of scientific method feasible.
