摘要
本文将SWOT分析方法运用于当代大学生就业分析,有利于正确把握当前社会和经济发展的全局,明确当代大学生就业的优势与劣势,同时把握环境提供的机会,防范可能存在的风险与威胁,可以为大学生就业政策的实施及就业实践提供重要的依据,对解决大学生就业中的实际问题、加强对大学生教育引导及有针对性地做好大学生就业指导工作具有重要的现实意义。
In this paper,SWOT Analysis Method is applied to analyze the employment of contemporary college students,which is conductive to correctly grasp the current social and economic development,define the advantages and disadvantages of college students＇ employment,at the same time,grasp the opportunities,prevent possible risks and threats and provide important bases for the implementation of college students＇ employment policy and employment practice,having an important practical significance to solve the practical problems in the employment of college students,strengthen the guidance of college education and carry out targeted employment guidance work.
