摘要
本文以需求理论为指导,以笔者所教授的化学与材料工程学院大二的两个平行班的学生为研究对象,进行了大学英语ESP教学和传统授课模式教学的对照试验。通过两年的课堂观察、问卷调查及访谈和测试,经过数据统计与分析,探讨了大学英语ESP教学有效性及如何提高大学英语ESP教学效率。研究表明,需求理论指导下的大学英语ESP教学有效性明显提高。
Under the guidance of Theory of Need Analysis,the author set the sophomores of two parallel classes in College of Chemistry and Materials Engineering as the object of study to make the experiment between college English ESP teaching and traditional pattern teaching. By two years of classroom observation,questionnaire,interview and test,this paper made data statistics and analysis to investigate the effectiveness of the college English ESP teaching and how to improve its efficiency. The studies have shown that under the guidance of Theory of Need Analysis,the effectiveness of college English ESP teaching has been prominently improved.
