我国糖料蔗主产区产业结构转化能力的评价

我国糖料蔗主产区产业结构转换能力的研究是目前糖料蔗产业的重要研究问题。通过因子分析,提取出我国17个糖料蔗主产区产业结构转换能力评价体系的主要公共因子及其综合得分。将我国糖料蔗主产区发展能力进行排名及分类,认为南宁、柳州、崇左、钦州以及文山的糖料蔗产业结构转换能力位于全国平均水平之上,为第一类发展区;贵港、来宾、玉溪、百色为第二类发展区;河池、临沧、保山、普洱、防城港、德宏、北海以及西双版纳为第三发展区。以广西为核心发展区,以云南为重要发展区,根据主产区的发展状况提出意见及建议。

Industrial structure transformation ability in the sugarcane development of the main sugarcane producing areas has risen to one of key issues. In this paper,the main public factors of the industrial structure transform ability evaluation system are investigated and the comprehensive scores have been derived by factor analysis in 17 main sugarcane producing areas in our country,then the main sugarcane producing areas development ability is ranked and classification is conducted. It is concluded that the structure transform abilities of Nanning,Liuzhou,Chongzuo,Qinzhou and Wenshan are above the national average,as the first class development areas,Guigang,Laibin,Yuxi,Baise are the second class development areas,and Hechi,Lincang,Baoshan,Puer,Fangchenggang,Dehong,Beihai and Xishuangbanna are the third class development areas. Taking Guangxi as the core development area and Yunnan as the important development area,opinions and suggestions are put forward according to the development of the main producing areas.
