摘要
基于对螺旋钻头的结构分析,建立了短螺旋钻头截齿的力学模型,以ANSYS Workbench为平台,对螺旋钻头截齿破岩的过程进行了模拟仿真,通过岩石的等效应力云图,推导出了在一定的扭矩和轴向力时,所能允许钻进的岩石情况.
Based on analyzing the structure of the helix bit, the mechanics model of the tooth of short helix bit is established, Simulation of rock breaking process by tooth of helix bit is made based on ANSYS Work- bench,Through the yon-raise stress of rock,the situation of rock can allow drilling in a certain torque and axial forces can be deduced.
