摘要
基于"互联网+"技术背景,从智慧社区、大数据、服务创新的角度研究社区商业策略及服务设计的研究。在我国大力发展"互联网+"新兴业态,全面推进"大众创业万众创新"的背景下,实地调研社区商业业态,研究社区商业与大数据、"O2O"及智慧社区的关系,结合服务设计的理论,分析若干社区商业服务设计的案例。社区商业发展必须应用新技术,拥抱新变革,改变商业理念及服务形式,依托"互联网+",提升服务品质,实现位置共享、信息共享、共同参与的新型社区商业模式,多纬度进行服务设计创新,从而提升用户体验。
Based on the Internet+ technology background, from the perspective of intelligence community, big data and service innovation, researching community business strategy and service design. Under the background of developing the Internet+ new format and promoting the 'entrepreneurship and innovation of public' comprehensively, making field research of community commercial format and on the relationship between community commerce and big data, O2O and intelligence community ,using the theory of service design, and analysising a number of cases about community commercial service design. Community commerce development must apply new technologies, embrace new changes, change business ideas and services, rely on the Internet+, improve service quality,and build a new community commerce model to achieve a shared location and information, common participation more latitude service and design innovation, so as to improve the user experience.
