试论互联网背景下的传统民法学教学改革

Analysis on the Teaching Reform of Traditional Civil Law under the Background of Internet

"互联网+"时代促使传统教学发生了新的变化,大学生在学习民法学专业知识时,应有新的方法、要求和目标,而这使得法学教师在教学中面临互联网背景下的教学困境问题尤为突出。在教学改革过程中,应着重在畅通"互联网进课堂"运行机制、明确培养目标和创新教学方法、多渠道促进学生"勤学"等方面进行教学改革措施的完善。

＂Internet ＋＂ age has promoted new changes in the traditional teaching, college students should have the new methods, requirements and goals when learning professional knowledges which makes the teaching problems that law teachers face under the background of internet become particularly outstanding. In the process of teaching reform,teaching reform measures should be completed by concentrating on the smooth ＂Internet into classroom＂ running mechanism, explicit training goals and innovative teaching methods, promoting students＇ ‘diligence study＇ through various channels and so on.
