The common misleading perception about terrorism, ＂Non-state actions＂ without sufficient analysis of specific issues has become a major factor that accounted for the moral confusion and challenges in forging a united front against terrorism. The confusions in understanding terrorism not only undermines our anti-terrorism efforts, but also have the potential to accentuate terrorism＇ s harmful impact. The eradication of terrorism relies on a worldwide effort of gathering people＇ s armed forces to fight against all sorts of terrorist activities.
