TPP初步达成对中国区域经济发展的启示

Impact of TPP on Chinese Regional Economic Development

在经济全球化的发展进程中,国与国之间的区域化合作成为主流。与此同时,不同国家之间贸易协定的达成,对于周边及相关国家的影响也十分明显。近期初步达成协定的跨太平洋伙伴关系协定,对于我国区域经济发展就存在着一些影响与启示。文章通过对TPP的全方位解读,剖析TPP在区域经济发展方面的优势以及可能对中国区域经济合作产生的影响,提出对我国区域经济发展的启示:深入研究TPP协议;积极发展国内经济,加快产业升级转型;加快推动中日韩自贸区、东盟与亚太自贸区建设;加强与美国的沟通对话;加快与TPP成员国签署双边FTA协议。

In the development of the process of economic globalization, regional cooperation between countries has become mainstream. Meanwhile, the trade agreement reached between different countries influence the neighboring countries is obvious. The Trans-Paciflc Partnership Agreement（TPP）recently has reached a preliminary agreement, which has some influence and inspiration on Chinese regional economic development. This article, by comprehensive interpretation of the TPP, analyzes its regional economic development advantage, as well as its potential impact on China＇s regional economic cooperation. Relevant enlightenment to regional economic development in China are proposed： research TPP deeply, develop domestic economy, industrial upgrade, promote FTA construction, as well as enforce the international cooperation and so on.
