新常态下环渤海地区新型城镇化发展空间态势解析

New Urbanization Development in Bohai Economic Region Under the New Normal

当前我国经济处于新常态,经济增长速度转变为中高速增长,城镇化建设也进入到新常态。新常态下环渤海地区新型城镇化发展的空间态势,需要从空间上分析环渤海地区城镇化发展的现状及特点。文章根据空间状态分布,提出环渤海地区新型城镇化发展的战略建议:强化环渤海地区城市之间的联系,发挥城市群的示范带动作用;强化环渤海地区的区域规划,提高环渤海地区小城镇的档次及规模;借助于新型城镇化,彻底杜绝二元化问题;注重城市文化以及生态文明的建设与发展。

At present, China＇s economy is at the new normal stage, the high speed of economic growth is changing into medium growth, and the construction of urbanization has entered a new normal. Under the new normal condition, the new urbanization development in Bohai economic region are is analyzed and relevant suggestions are proposed： enforcing the connection between cities in Bohai economic region and give full play of city clusters＇ function, making regional planning of Bohai economic region and promote the scale and quality of city cluster, avoiding urban-rural dual system and focusing on the city cultural establishment.
