随着互联网技术的快速发展,传统的对外贸易模式逐渐被取代。全球化的世界经济格局,使电子商务在国际上的地位日益提高,在我国的对外贸易中占有很大比重。但是,跨境电子商务发展时间短,尚未形成完善的体系,存在着一系列的问题。应实行新型政策,加大改革力度,形成严谨的管理制度。在第三方支付、关税和物流方面采取一系列的措施,解决跨境电子商务存在的问题,促进我国国际贸易的发展。

With the rapid development of Internet technology, traditional trade pattern gradually being replaced. The globalization of world economy and the international e-commerce plays an important role in China. However, cross-border e-commerce development time is short, has not yet formed a perfect system, there exist a series of problems. We have to implement new policy, increase the intensity of reform, the formation of strict management system and so on. And we should take a series of measures to solve the problem of cross-border e-commerce, so as to promote the development of international trade.
