摘要
目的掌握近几年厦门口岸卫生状况,为口岸卫生监管提供科学依据。方法对2012年-2014年微生物检验结果进行总结。结果共检验生活饮用水477份,不合格145份,不合格率为30.4%;共检验食品277份,不合格95份,不合格率为34.3%。不合格生活饮用水主要是菌落总数超标,菌落总数超标数量占总超标数量100%;食品微生物超标项目主要是菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌,各项目超标数量分别占总超标数量的77.89%、55.79%、3.16%、1.05%。海港口岸食品不合格率高于空港口岸食品。口岸餐饮店食品不合格率(42.13%)高于供机/轮食品(20.20%)。结论应加强口岸卫生监管,确保旅客饮食安全。为今后的卫生监督工作提供依据。
Objective To investigate the health status of Xiamen port in recent years,so as to provide scientific basis for safety supervision. Methods The detection results of microbial contamination was analyzed from 2012 to 2014. Results 477 batches of drinking water were tested,in which 145 batches were unqualified( 30. 4%). 277 batches of food were tested,in which95 batches were unqualified( 34. 3%). The unqualified drinking water were mainly not compliant with the criteria of total bacteria count. The percentage of total bacteria count that did meet the standard in unqualified batches reached 100%. The unqualified food were mainly not compliant with the criteria of total bacteria count,coli group,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The proportion of these unqualified items to unqualified batches were 77. 89%,55. 79%,3. 16% and 1. 05%. The reject ratio of food in the restaurant was higher than those in the plane / cruise ships. The unqualified rate of port restaurant food( 42. 13%) was higher than that of the food for ship/plane( 20. 20%). Conclusion We should strengthen the sanitary supervision to ensure the food safety of passengers,and to provide basis for the future of health supervision work.
