摘要
目的了解桐乡市食源性疾病患者感染特征和病原菌分布。方法收集食源性疾病主动监测哨点医院的发病信息和检测数据,并进行描述性和条件Logistic回归分析,分析感染食源性疾病的相关影响因素。结果 2012年-2014年桐乡市哨点医院共报告腹泻1 393例,发病年龄主要在18岁~59岁年龄段,可疑食物以水产品和畜肉类为主。对开展病例对照研究的76对副溶血性弧菌感染病例进行条件Logistic回归分析,(发病)调查前5 d吃海水产品(OR=3.788)、(发病)调查前5 d在外就餐(OR=1.279)为感染副溶血性弧菌的危险因素,家庭年收入高(OR=0.691)为感染副溶血性弧菌的保护因素(P〈0.05)。结论桐乡市食源性疾病病原主要为副溶血性弧菌,应注意海水产品以及腌制食品等要煮熟、煮透,同时应加强政府监管与处罚力度,防止食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics of foodborne diseases infection and the distribution of pathogens in Tongxiang. Methods The incidence and the detection data were collected from sentinel hospitals for the foodborne diseases active surveillance,and descriptive and conditional Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the related influencing factors of infectious disease. Results A total of 1 393 sentinel hospitals reported patients with diarrhea were reported in Tongxiang during 2012-2014,who were mainly in the age of 18-59,and the suspicious food were mainly aquatic products and livestock meat. The 76 cases of para hemolysis Vibrio infections for control study were carried out for conditional Logistic regression analysis,which showed that,( onset) eating sea products before the survey 5 days( OR = 3. 788),( onset) dining before the survey for 5 days( OR = 1. 279) were risk factors for deputy hemolysis Vibrio infection,family in high-income( OR = 0. 691)was protective factors for vice hemolytic Vibrio infection( P 0. 05). Conclusion The pathogen of foodborne disease was mainly Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Tongxiang,consumers should pay attention to the water products and preserved food and so on. At the same time,we should strengthen the government supervision and punishment to prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
