摘要
目的探讨系统联合三维/四维超声成像技术在产前诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析在我科行系统联合三维/四维超声检查的孕妇2 856例,对比分析超声诊断结果与胎儿出生或引产后临床诊断结果。结果产后临床诊断与超声结果对比分析发现,2 856例孕妇中,120例胎儿出生或引产后证实存在畸形,颅面部畸形40例,内脏及躯干畸形56例,脊柱畸形9例,四肢畸形13例。经分析,系统超声诊断畸形与产后相符98例,诊断符合率81.6%,系统联合四维超声诊断畸形与产后相符115例,诊断符合率95.8%。系统联合三维/四维超声漏诊5例,分别为单纯腭裂1例,眼距过宽1例,单脐动脉1例,心脏畸形2例。结论系统联合三维/四维超声不仅能观察胎儿在宫腔内的活动,而且提高了对胎儿体表畸形、肢体末端的微细结构及二维超声难以显示的冠状面结构的诊断,提高了产前诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore system united 3D / 4b ultrasound imaging technology-value in prenatal diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2856 cases of pregnant women those were examined system united 3D / 4D ultrasound in our department, comparing the results of clinical diagnostic with ultrasound diagnosis after birth or abortion. Results Analyzing the findings of postpartum clinical diagnosis and ultrasound diagnosis which found that 2856 cases of pregnant women, 120 cases after birth or abortion confirmed the presence of deformity, 40 cases of craniofacial abnormalities, 56 cases of visceral and trunk deformity, nine cases of spinal deformity, 13 cases of limb malformation. After analyzing, system ultrasound diagnostic abnormalities in accordance with postpartum 98 cases, diagnosis rate of 81.6%, system united 3D / 4D ultrasound diagnostic abnormalities in accordance with postpartum 115 cases, diagnosis rate of 95.8%. System united 3D / 4D ultrasound missed five cases; one case was simple cleft palate, eyes away from too wide one case, a single umbilical artery in 1 case, and 2 cases of heart defects. Conclusions System united 3D / 4D ultrasound can not only observe fetal activity in uterine cavity, but also improve the fetal surface malformations, diagnosis of extremity of the fine structure and two-dimensional ultrasound can display the coronal structure, improve the prenatal diagnosis accurate rate.
