腰椎间盘突出患者予以护理干预的效果观察

Observation on effect of nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探究护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的110例腰椎间盘突出症患者纳入本次研究,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者治疗后的优良率及VAS评分、ODI指数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预能有效提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果,同时能加速患者术后康复,有效改善患者的临床症状,是一种值得推广的护理模式。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc prolapse. Methods 110 cases of lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc in our hospital were included in the study, according to different nursing, divided as control group and observation group, control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, compared nursing effect of two groups. Results Observation group of patients after treatment of crop and VAS score, ODI index were significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, and also can accelerate the patients postoperative rehabilitation, effectively improve the patientg clinical symptoms, is a nursing mode worthy of promotion.
