不同大孔树脂处理土鳖虫酶解液抗血栓作用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究不同大孔树脂处理后的土鳖虫酶解液的抗血栓作用。方法:以吸附率、得膏率和体外纤溶活性测定范围、血液黏度为指标,利用静态吸附试验对3种大孔树脂进行筛选。结果:DA201-C大孔树脂的吸附率最高,所处理的土鳖虫酶解液得膏率最低,体外纤溶活性测定范围最大,血液黏度最小。结论:采用DA201-C型大孔树脂对土鳖虫酶解液进行纯化处理,方法简便易行,抗血栓作用显著,可以达到预期目的。 Objective:Research of the antithrombotic mechanmism of the eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolyzate with different type macroporous resins. Methods:Using adsorption rate,solids rate,vitro fibrinolytic activities and blood viscosity as the index,evaluat three different macroporous resin through the static adsorption experiment. Results:DA201-C type macroporous resin has the highest adsorption,eupolyphaga enzymatic hydrolyzate using this resin handle has the lowest solids rate,the vitro fibrinolytic activities strongest and the minimum blood viscosity. Conclusion:Using DA201-C macroporous resin to purificate for the eupolyphaga enzymolysis liquid,the method is simple,easy. It can achieve the expected purpose.
