参芪通痹汤治疗气虚血瘀型稳定性心绞痛疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis on Stable Angina Pectoris with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome by Shenqi Tongbi Decoction

目的:通过使用参芪通痹汤对60例气虚血瘀型稳定性心绞痛患者进行治疗,从而分析其对于临床稳定性心绞痛的治疗疗效以及临床症状的改善情况。方法:60例样本全部来源于本校第一附属医院门诊患者,经中西医诊断确诊为气虚血瘀型稳定性劳累型心绞痛。按照随机原则分为对照组和参芪通痹汤治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参芪通痹汤进行干预,治疗时间为30 d。疗程结束后分析两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、心绞痛发作次数和发作时间、中医症候积分以及心电图改变及理化检查,对比分析参芪通痹汤的临床效果。结果:参芪通痹汤能够有效改善患者的临床症状积分,减少心绞痛的发作时间和次数,降低硝酸甘油用量,并且能够改善患者心电图的表现,具有良好的治疗优势而无明显的毒副作用。结论:参芪通痹汤治疗气虚血瘀型稳定性心绞痛具有良好的效果和优势。

Objective：Shenqi Tongbi decoction was prescribed for the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in order to analyze the treatment efficacy. Methods：The 60 stable angina pectoris cases were selected from the first affiliated hospital of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine and were diagnosed as Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Then the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group randomly. The control group was treated by routine method,while the treatment group was treated with the conventional treatment with Shenqi Tongbi decoction for 30 days. After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,the occurrence and due time also with the score of TCM syndrome,the change of ECG and physical and chemical were also analyzed in order to compare the clinical effect of Shenqi Tongbi decoction. Results：The results showed that Shenqi Tongbi decoction could improve the clinical symptom score and reduce the duration time and frequency of angina pectoris effectively. This decoction could also reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin and improve the ECG clinical manifestation of patients without any toxic side effect. Conclusion：Shenqi Tongbi decoction was efficiency to the qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris.
