补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风随机平行对照研究

Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Randomized Controlled Study

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将64例缺血性脑中风患者分为两组,对照组32例采用常规西药治疗(控制血糖、血压、降纤、抗凝等);治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上服用补阳还五汤2次/d,100 m L/次,饭后半小时后服用,连续治疗30 d为1个疗程,随访跟踪6个疗程,观测患者临床症状、不良反应,同时临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组基本恢复7例,显著进步16例,进步7例,无变化2例,总有效率93.75%(30/32)。对照组基本恢复4例,显著进步10例,进步9例,无变化9例,总有效率71.88%(23/32)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风能够取得更为满意疗效,无副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke five. Methods：Use random parallel Control method,64 cases of hospitalized patients with disease history,the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,control group（32 cases）with routine western medicine therapy（control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fibrinolytic and anticoagulant etc.）;32 cases in the treatment group in the control group treatment on the basis of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Tid,100 m L/t,30 min after the meal after taking,continuously for 30 days as a course of treatment,followed up for 6 months,observed in patients with clinical symptoms and adverse reaction,then judge the curative effect. Results：The treatment group recovered 7 cases,16 cases were significantly improved,7 cases improved,2 cases had no change,the total effective rate was 93.75%. In the control group,4 cases were recovered,10 cases improved,9 cases improved,9 cases had no change,the total effective rate was 71.88%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of joint Buyang HuanwuDecoction treatment of ischemic stroke can be achieved more satisfactory curative effect,no side effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
