中西医结合治疗下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎急性期临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity with Superficial Thrombophlebitis in Acute Stage with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎急性期的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2013—2014年下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎急性期患者60例进行分析,将60例患者随机分为两组,实验组和对照组,实验组30例,对照组30例,实验组患者采用中西医结合手段进行治疗,对照组患者采用西医治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、住院时间、费用。结果:两组患者经过一段时间的治疗,实验组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且实验组患者并发症发病率明显低于对照组,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。结论:下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎急性期采用中西医结合治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果,减少并发症的发生几率,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of venous varicosis complicated with thrombotic superficial vein inflammation in acute stage treated with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Methods：Selected in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 veins of lower extremity varicose patients with thrombotic superficial vein inflammation in patients with acute 60 cases were analyzed,60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group,the patients in the experimental group by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with means of treatment,the control group were treated with western medicine treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment effect,hospital stay and cost. Results：Two groups of patients after a period of treatment,effective rate of the treatment,the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group and experimental group patients complication incidence was significantly lower than that in control group,P〈0.05 said was statistically significant. Conclusion：Veins of lower extremity varicose patients with thrombotic superficial vein inflammation in acute stage by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment,can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the complications incidence,it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
