耳穴压籽预防产后大便难临床观察

Clinical Observation of Auricular Point Sticking to Prevent Postpartum Constipation

目的:观察耳穴压籽预防产后大便难的临床疗效。方法:将132例产妇随机分成预防组和对照组,其中预防组66例,给予耳穴压籽;对照组66例,不给予任何干预措施,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:预防组有效38例,好转25例,无效3例,总有效率95.5%。对照组有效5例,好转32例,无效29例,总有效率56.1%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),预防组明显优于对照组。结论:耳穴压籽能够有效预防和改善产后大便难,疗效满意。

Objective：This study observes the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking to prevent postpartum constipation. Methods：Classifying 132 puerpera randomly into two groups. prevented group and controlled group,who receive the auricular point sticking and no treatment respectively two treatments. Results：In prevented group the total effective rate is 95.5%. In controlled group the total effective rate is 56.1%. There are statistically significant difference between these two groups（P〈0.05）. Prevent group is obviously superior to control group. Conclusions：Auricular point sticking to prevent postpartum constipation is satisfied with the effect.
