参芪扶正注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液临床研究

Comparison of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Cisplatin in the Treanment of Malignant Pleural Effusion of Lung Cancer

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法:选取经临床病理确诊的肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组单用顺铂治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合参芪扶正注射液静滴,比较两组的临床疗效、生活质量改善情况(KPS评分)以及不良反应发生情况,对所有临床观察结果进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的Karnofsky得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);毒副反应治疗组轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液可明显提高疗效,改善患者的生活质量,减轻化疗毒副反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with cisplatin in the treanment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods：60 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion,which were proved by pathology,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group were received single cisplatin treatment and the treatment group were received cisplatin combined with additional medication of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection. The efficacy,the improvement of life（KPS score）as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared,all clinical observation are used statistical software for statistical analysis. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;and Karnofsky score was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the toxicities in the treatment group was lighter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the treanment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer,Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with cisplatin can obviously increase efficacy and improve patient＇quality of life,and lighten the chemotherapy related toxicities,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
