全视网膜光凝联合复方樟柳碱在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中应用

Application of Panretinal Photocoagulation Combined with Compound Anisodine in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探讨糖尿病视网膜病变采用全视网膜光凝与复方樟柳碱联合治疗临床效果。方法:先取糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例,均为我院眼科2014年5月—2015年5月收治,依据入院先后顺序分组,就全视网膜光凝治疗(对照组,n=30)与加用复方樟柳碱联合治疗(观察组,n=30)效果展开对比。结果:该次研究观察组选取的糖尿病视网膜病变患者有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组70%,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组视野、视网膜振荡电位、最佳矫正视力在治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,但观察组情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病视网膜病变患者,在全视网膜光凝治疗基础上,加用复方樟柳碱治疗,可促视力水平恢复,为患者生存质量的提高提供了强有力的保障。

Objective：To investigate diabetic retinopathy with photocoagulation and compound anisodine combined treatment clinical effect. Methods：Preferential diabetic retinopathy patients 60 cases,are treated in our hospital may 2014 to 2015 may,according to the sequence of admission packet,panretinal photocoagulation treatment（control group,n=30）and with compound anisodine combined treatment（observation group,n=30）developed contrast. Results：The observation group of patients with diabetic retinopathy in patients with effective rate was 96.7%,significantly higher than the control group 70%,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the field of visual field,the potential of the retina and the best correction（P〈0.05）,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For patients with diabetic retinopathy,in on the basis of panretinal photocoagulation treatment and treated with compound anisodine,promoting the level of visual recovery. To improve the quality of life of patients with provides a strong guarantee.
