降逆止呕汤联合FOLFOX4对大肠癌患者止呕作用观察

To Analyze the Clinical Effect of the Jiangni Zhiou Decoction in TCM Therapy Combined with FOLFOX4 Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:分析降逆止呕中医疗法联合化疗药物对于大肠癌患者的止呕效果。方法:研究对象来自于我院收治的106例大肠癌患者的临床资料。分为对照组和观察组各53例,两组在化疗药物期间常规进行基础止吐治疗,观察组在此基础之上口服降逆止呕汤,而后对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者恶心、呕吐疗效控制的总有效率增加;精神、食欲的总有效率增加。结论:降逆止呕汤联合化疗药物方式在大肠癌的临床治疗可达到较好的治疗效果,同时提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To analyze the Jiangni Zhiou Decoction in TCM therapy combined with chemotherapy for the clinical effect of the treatment of colorectal cancer patients. Methods：The clinical data of 106 cases of colorectal cancer patients from the study object in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group,both groups using conventional chemotherapy and controlling nausea and vomiting intervention treatment,observation group based add Jiangni ZhiouDecoction Chinese medicine therapy. Then compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results：Compared with control group,total effective rate on controlling nausea,vomiting and appetite were increased after treatment with jiangnizhiou Chinese medicine therapy,the difference was statistically significantly. Conclusion：The clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in colorectal cancer can achieve better therapeutic effects,while improving the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
