中西医结合治疗胫骨下段骨折效果观察

Treatment of Fractures of the Tibia to Observe the Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013—2014年收治的胫骨下段骨折患者60例进行研究,将60例患者随机分为两组,实验组30例,对照组30例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,进行旋入式子锁髓内钉手术进行治疗。实验组患者在采用旋入式子锁髓内钉手术治疗的基础上,搭配中药方剂进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、骨折愈合时间。结果:两组患者经过治疗,实验组患者的治疗有效率为90%,对照组患者治疗有效率为63.33%,实验组患者的有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者骨折愈合平均时间为(8.9±0.5)周,对照组患者骨折愈合平均时间为(13.1±2.8)周,实验组患者的骨折愈合时间明显少于对照组。两组患者均未发生术后感染。结论:胫骨下段骨折患者采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果,从而保证患者的生活质量,提高患者的预后能力,值得在临床上大力的推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the analysis of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of distal tibial fracture clinical effect. Methods：In our hospital from 2013—2014 in tibial fracture 60 cases of patients,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the experimental group,30 cases in the control group. The control group were treated with western medicine,was screwed into the formula for the treatment of intramedullary nail surgery. The patients in the experimental group using screw locking intramedullary nail operation. On the basis of the treatment,with the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect,the healing time. Results：Two groups of patients after treatment,the effective rate of experimental group was%,the effective rate of the control group patients%,the efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,P〈0.05 said statistically meaningful. The experimental group of patients with fracture healing time for an average of（8.9±0.5）weeks,the control group of patients with fracture healing time for an average of（13.1±2.8）weeks,the experimental group patients with fracture healing time was significantly less than the control group. Two groups of patients for postoperative infection. Conclusion：The distal tibial fracture were treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the treatment effect of the patients,so as to ensure the quality of life of patients,improve the prognosis of patients with the ability,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic to.
