基于“一气周流”理论浅谈姜树民教授治疗胃食管反流病经验

Professor JIANG Shumin's Experience in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Basing on the Theory of the Circular Flow of Qi

一气周流为黄元御《四圣心源》中的核心理论,以清气升发于肝,成于心;浊气降于肺,敛于肾,脾胃斡旋为主要内容。而胃食管反流病恰以气机乖乱、升降反作、胃气上逆、七情易致病为主要特点。姜树民教授特在此基础上提出从"肝-肺-胃-脾"角度论治胃食管反流疾病,并以调节气机升降为用药法度,结合患者症状、饮食、情志等具体情辨证施治,取得了显著疗效。

The circular flow of Qi is the core of the book The Study of Four Wisemen of HUANG Yuanyu,and its main content is about the fresh air promoted by the liver,peaking in the heart,and the foul air descended by the lung and received in the kidney with the earth mediating in middle.The salient feature of gastroesophageal reflux disease is the chaotic ascending and descending of Qi,especially the stomach qi,and emotion works a lot. Professor JIANG Shumin treats gastroesophageal reflux disease on the view of the＂liver-lung-stomach-gallbladder＂,regulates the ascending ang descending of Qi,and makes adjustments for changes in the syndrome,the improper diet and the emotional stimulation.And finally,it works well.
