中西医结合护理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

The Impact of Chinese Medicine Combined with Nursing for Patients on Physical Function and Life Quality of Patients with Stroke

目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年12月我院收治的176例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组93例,对照组83例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用中西医结合护理干预措施,比较两组患者的肢体功能恢复情况和生活质量改善情况。结果:护理3个月后,研究组上肢和下肢FMA评分均高于对照组,自我护理、大小便控制、行走移动等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理措施可有效促进脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复,提高自主生活能力,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of Chinese medicine combined with nursing on physical function and life quality of patients with stroke. Methods：176 patients with stroke treated in our hospital from Janauary 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divied into the control group（n=83）and treat group（n=93）.The control group was given conventional nursing,the treat group was given Chinese medicine combined with nursing care.The scores of physical function and life quality in two groups were compared. Results：3 months after nursing,FMA score of upper limb and lower limb in treat group was higher than that in control group,the life quality,such as self-care,bowel and bladder control and walking and moving and so on,score was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Chinese Medicine combined with nursing can effectively promote the recovery of limb,improve the ability to live indepently and the quality life.
