论“熟人社会”的摈弃与“法治社会”的构建

"熟人社会"办事讲交情靠关系,而不是依程序凭法规,因此破坏了公平的社会竞争环境,容易造成公权力的腐败,是延续至今的社会陋习;随着中国法治建设进程的加快,"熟人社会"陋习必将遭到摈弃,取而代之的是更加公平、公正的"法治社会"。文章立足"熟人社会"的现状、进而分析其成因、弊端以及就如何摈弃"熟人社会",构建"法治社会"做了论述。

＂Acquaintance community＂ is a abnormal phenomenon which emphasizes friendships and relationships rather than procedures and regulations. Therefore,it is more likely to undermine the fair competition order of society and cause the corruption of the public authority. With the process of building the rule of law in China speeding up,the abnormal phenomenon in ＂acquaintance community＂ will be discarded and be replaced by a more fair and impartial society based on the law. Drawing on the current situations,causes and drawbacks of ＂acquaintance community＂,this thesis discusses how to get rid of the abnormal phenomenon in＂acquaintance community＂ and establish a society based on the rule of the law.
