美国一流私立大学教育经费收入结构探究

作为世界上私立高等教育比较发达的国家,美国的私立非营利性一流大学以其卓越的办学质量而享誉世界。研究发现:政府公共财政拨款、学生及家长缴纳的学杂费、大学创收等已经构成了一流私立大学教育经费多元化投入机制,这对于建立和完善我国一流大学教育经费多元化投资机制具有一定的借鉴意义。

The private higher education of the United States is the most developed in the world,and its research universities with a top level of research activity are famous all over the world because of its excellent operating qualities. The research found that the government finance appropriations,the tuition and fees paid by students and parents,the university incomes,and the other incomes have constituted the resource-allocation mechanism of the education- funding diversification of the research universities with a very high level in the United States. The mechanism has provided a strong support for the prosperity of the research universities with a very high level in the United States which has also provided some useful experiences for establishing and perfecting the diversified investment mechanism of the education funding about the first- class universities in China.
