摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱法和高效液相色谱法从黑沙蒿中提取分离出6种黄酮类化合物,通过EIMS、1 HNMR、13 CNMR对化合物的结构进行了鉴定,并测定了6种化合物体外抑制大鼠巨噬细胞生成NO的活性。结果表明,6种化合物分别为:3,5,3′,4′-四羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ)、5,3′,4′-三羟基-7-甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅱ)、5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ)、5,7,4′-三羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅳ)、3,5,4′-三羟基-7-甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅴ)、3,5,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅵ);其中,化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ为首次从黑沙蒿中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ对大鼠巨噬细胞生成NO具有较强的抑制活性。
Six kinds of flavonoids were extracted and isolated from Artemisia ordosica Krasch by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Their structures were identified by EIMS,1 HNMR and 13 CNMR,and their activities of inhibiting the formation of NO in rat macrophages in vitro were determined.Results showed that six kinds of flavonoids were 3,5,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone(Ⅰ),5,3′,4′-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone(Ⅱ),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone(Ⅲ),5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavanone(Ⅳ),3,5,4′-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone(Ⅴ)and 3,5,7-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavanone(Ⅵ).Among them,compounds Ⅲ~Ⅵ were firstly isolated from Artemisia ordosica Krasch,and compoundsⅠ~Ⅲ exhibited strong inhibitory activities for the formation of NO in rat macrophages.
