In order to improve students＇ innovative awareness and practical ability,the teaching reform on the course of Biology Macro Comprehensive Experiment was implemented,involving students of biology science major from Nanyang Normal University.Taking it as an example,the paper discussed the designing principle,designing content,teaching mode and assessment method for the course,which provides a reference for furthering the reform on the course of Biology Macro Comprehensive Experiment at normal universities.
