摘要 以北京大学医学部校内210名医学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,配合个案访谈,发现在校医学生对素质教育的需求多数集中在医学人文知识相关内容,最为关注医患沟通技巧与创新能力,以期提高医学生自身的综合素质;对素质教育的形式更倾向采用传统讲座和新媒体平台结合的方式;对素质教育开展的效果评价比较肯定,并对开展教育的途径和内容提出新的要求。同时医学院校需根据医学的特殊性及医学生的需求,探索实施素质教育的有效途径。 A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among two hundred and ten medical students in Peking University Health Science Center. The results showed that medical students' demands for quality education focused on medical humanities knowledge, especially on doctor-patient communication skills and innovation ability. The teaching methods were more inclined to adopt the combination of traditional lectures and new media platforms. The effectiveness of the quality education was admitted by most medical students who had claimed new demands on teaching methods and contents. Meanwhile, medical colleges should explore the effective ways of carrying out quality education according to the particularity of medicine and medical students' demands.
