血清脂联素水平与特发性心房颤动的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究特发性心房颤动(房颤)患者血清脂联素水平与房颤发病的相关性。方法连续随机选择特发性房颤患者30例为房颤组,同期入选健康体检者30例为对照组,所有研究对象抽取清晨空腹外周血,ELISA法检测血清脂联素水平,并对房颤组与对照组空腹血糖、空腹血脂、心脏超声等临床指标进行比较。结果房颤组血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组[(9.98±2.64)mg/L vs(16.08±7.01)mg/L,P=0.006],左心房内径明显大于对照组[(41.27±5.65)mmvs(36.50±3.34)mm,P=0.009]。Pearson相关分析显示,血清脂联素水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.821,P=0.043),与TG呈负相关(r=-0.140,P=0.046)。结论低血清脂联素水平与特发性房颤发病密切相关,是房颤发病的一个重要因素。 Objective To study the association between serum adiponetin level and idiopathic atrial fibrillation (IAF). Methods Thirty IAF patients served as an IAF group and 30 subjects undergoing physical examination served as a control group in this study. Their serum adiponeetin levels were measured by ELISA and their fasting blood glucose and fat levels,left atrial diameter (LAD) and cardiac ultrasonographie data were compared. Results The serum adiponectin level was significantly lower and the LAD was significantly longer in IAF group than in control group (9.98±2.64 mg/L vs 16.08±7.01 mg/L,P=0. 006;41. 27±5. 65 mm vs 36.50±3.34 mm,P=0. 009). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum adiponectin level was positively associated with age (r=0. 821, P= 0. 043) and negatively associated with serum TG level (r=- 0. 140, P = 0. 046). Conclusion Low serum adiponectin level is closely associated with IAF and is an important risk factor for AF.
