The reform of litigation system with ＂taking the trial as the center＂means that the trial will play a decisive role,the principle of evidentiary adjudication will be fully implemented,and the requirements of procedural fairness will be more stringent. This will certainly bring new challenges to the traditional concept,investigation mode and quality of case handling of the self- investigation departments of procuratorial organs. The self- investigation departments should actively change their ideas,promote the transformation and upgrading of the investigation mode,improve the ability to handle evidence,and actively respond to the reform of the litigation system with ＂taking the trial as the center＂.
