煤炭与石油企业技术创新模式与效果——以中国神华和中国石油为例

Technological Innovation Modes & Effects of the Coal and Oil Enterprises——Based on China Shenhua and PetroChina

技术创新能力对于煤炭和石油企业非常重要。以中国神华和中国石油为研究对象,通过对比,探讨煤炭企业技术创新模式,以提高煤炭企业技术创新效果。研究表明,从开放式创新向自主创新转变,R&D组织上下游一体化、吸引技术创新人才,提高R&D强度,可以帮助煤炭企业提高技术创新效果,为煤炭企业优化技术创新模式提供了方法借鉴。

Technological innovation is essential to the enterprises of coal and oil industries.This paper is to improve the innovation performance of the coal enterprises by discussing the mode of technological innovation based on China Shenhua and PetroChina.Findings show that the performance can be improved by transforming from open innovation to independent innovation,integrative development of RD department,increase of RD intensity.The methods of technological innovation optimization for the coal enterprises are also introduced.
