新形势下高校工会在建设和谐校园中的作用

The Role of Trade Union in Building a Harmonious Campus in Colleges and Universities in the New Situation

高校和谐校园是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,在建设和谐校园过程中,应充分发挥高校工会的作用。分析当今高校的一些不和谐现象及其原因;就新形势下高校工会依法保障高校教职工基本权益、健全高校劳动关系协调机制、加强教职工职业技能培训、保障教职工劳动安全卫生、落实教职工休息休假的权利、加强民主高校管理制度建设等方面进行阐述;给出高校工会在针对高校的一些不和谐现象应采取的举措。

Harmonious Campus plays an important part in building a harmonious society.In the process of building a harmonious campus,we should give full play to the role of trade union in colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the reasons for some phenomena of disharmony in some universities.Then the paper elabrates the fact that trade union should safeguard the basic rights of the faculty,improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations,help the faculty with the vocational skills training,occupational safety and health protection,as well as the right to rest and vacation.We should also strengthen the system of democratic management,Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for dealing with the phenomena of disharmony in colleges and universities.
