摘要 Janus激酶-信号转导与转导激活子(JAK/STAT)信号转导通路作为一条重要的细胞内信号转导途径,广泛参与调控多种器官和组织的发育、分化、衰老和免疫调节等过程,近年来研究证实其与脑缺血后损伤、神经系统肿瘤病理过程及预后密切相关。本文综合分析JAK/STAT通路在脑缺血后处理中的机制,为临床发生缺血后行脑保护及全麻术中缺血再灌注损伤的治疗提供基础理论支持。 As an important intracellular signaling pathway,JAK/STAT pathway is extensively involved in the regulation of development,differentiation,aging and immune response in a variety of organs and tissues.In recent years,studies have confirmed that JAK/STAT pathway is closely related to the pathological process and prognosis of brain injury after cerebral ischemia and nerv-ous system neoplasms.This paper comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of action of JAK/STAT pathway in the ischemic postconditioning,which can provide theory support for the brain protection after cerebral ischemia and the treatment of brain injury during general anesthesia.
