摘要
目的了解和分析上海嘉定区6家样本社区医院门诊患者口服降糖药的临床使用情况。方法采集样本社区医院2011年1月-2014年12月门诊电子处方进行统计分析,了解糖尿病患者的联合用药情况以及年龄和性别等因素对血糖水平的影响。结果双胍类、磺酰脲类、格列奈类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和噻唑烷二酮类等5类口服降糖药的处方张数占采集到的门诊总处方张数的6.75%,其中,磺酰脲类、双胍类和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的使用频率最高。联合用药占统计的各类口服降糖药处方量的29.19%。结论上海嘉定区样本社区医院门诊口服降糖药的使用基本合理,单药治疗以磺酰脲类和双胍类为主,联合用药中不合理用药方案占少数。
Objective To analyze the application of oral hypoglycemic agents in outpatients from 6 communities in Jiading district hospital of Shanghai. Methods The outpatient electronic prescriptions from Jan 2011 to Dec 2014 were collected, and the application of combined medication for diabetics and the impact of age and gender on blood sugar level were investigated. Results The prescription copies of biguanides, sulfonylureas, glinides, α-glucosidase inhibitors and thiazolidinediones were 6.75% of the total outpatient prescriptions, the top 3 drugs prescribed in prescriptions were sulfonylurea, biguanides and α-glucosidase inhibitors. The rate of drug combination accounted was 29.19% of all kinds of oral hypoglycemic agents prescriptions. Conclusion The application of oral hypoglycemic agents in community hospital is basically rational, and among monotherapy medicines, the sulfonylureas and biguanides take leading position, and there are a few of the drug combination therapies unreasonable.
