红藤败酱生化汤治疗药物流产后阴道出血疗效观察

Efficacy of Hongteng Baijiang Shenghua decoction in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion

目的探讨红藤败酱生化汤对药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法入选100例早孕妇女随机分为两组,每组50例,药物流产后待孕囊排出,治疗组服用红藤败酱生化汤加减,对照组服用鲜益母草胶囊,连续服用4周,观察阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间及流产效果。结果药物流产后,治疗组成功流产率96%,对照组成功流产率84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组阴道出血时间和月经复潮时间明显缩短,阴道出血量情况显著改善,与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论红藤败酱生化汤可提高完全流产率,减少药物流产后阴道出血量并缩短阴道出血时间,利于患者月经复潮。

Objective To investigate the effect of Hongteng Baijiang Shenghua decoction for vaginal bleeding after drug abortion. Methods A total of 100 cases of early pregnancy women were divided into two groups： after the gestational sac discharge, the treatment group was given oral Hongteng Baijiang Shenghua decoction, and the control group was given oral fresh motherwort capsule, four weeks as a course for both groups. The vaginal bleeding volume and time, the recovery time of menstruation and the effect of abortion were observed. Results The successful abortion rate in treatment group was 96%, which is significantly higher than in control group（84%）, and the amount of vaginal bleeding, the duration of bleeding, the recovery time of menstruation and the effect of abortion were all superior to the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hongteng Baijiang Shenghua decoction can improve the rate of complete abortion, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, and shorten vaginal bleeding time and menses recovery time.
