肺部给药颗粒工程技术研究进展

Advances in particle engineering technologies for pulmonary drug delivery

摘要 肺部给药颗粒工程技术旨在设计出具有窄粒径分布、稳定性和分散性良好、可持续释放及具有靶向性的药物颗粒,以实现最佳肺部给药效果,提高肺部生物利用度。本文从基础制粒法和特殊设计颗粒技术两方面概述肺部吸入给药颗粒工程技术的制粒特点和应用现状,简要综述近年来颗粒工程技术的相关研究进展,为肺部吸入给药制剂的研发提供参考。 Particle engineering aims to design particles with desirable attributes for optimal delivery to lung, as well as for maximal bioavailability. These attributes include a narrow size distribution, drug stability, high dispersibility, and the ability to control drug release kinetics. This review describes some commonly used, simple particle engineering technologies including basic methods and special-designed particle technologies.
