摘要 苹果果皮蜡质是覆盖在其果实最外层的不溶于水而溶于有机溶剂的一类有机混合物的总称,在果实生长发育和贮藏保鲜过程中起着重要作用。从苹果果皮蜡质的形态、结构、成分、作用、合成的影响因素和蜡质合成的基因调控等方面对苹果果皮蜡质的研究进展进行概述,展望其研究与应用前景。 Epicuticular wax is a general term of organic mixture that covered the outermost of the apple and is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents.It plays an important role in apple growth and development,fruit storage and preservation process.The authors discussed the research progress in wax of apple peel from morphology,structure,composition,function,influence factors and gene regulation of synthesis and at the same time reviewed the research foreground.
