摘要
为促进四川茶叶产业健康、持续发展,提高四川茶产品的竞争力,采用综合比较优势指数法,通过对中国四川、福建、湖北、云南、贵州、浙江6个主要产茶省茶叶的规模优势指数、效率优势指数和综合优势指数分析四川茶叶竞争力与中国主要产茶省份的差距,同时结合实地调研分析制约四川茶叶产业竞争力的因素,并提出提升四川茶叶竞争力的对策。结果表明:与全国平均水平相比,四川茶叶规模优势、效率优势、综合优势明显,但与浙江、福建等省相比,差距还很大;调研总结了制约四川茶叶产业竞争力的四大因素,并提出提高四川茶叶竞争力应为加大标准化建设力度、提升茶叶产业化经营水平、加强品牌准入和质量建设、加大研发创新力度、搭建现代营销网络体系。
In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tea industry in Sichuan and improve the competitiveness of tea products, Aggregated Advantage Indices were employed to analyze gap on the Scale Advantage Indices, Efficiency Advantage Indices, and Aggregated Advantage Indices of Sichuan with other major tea producing provinces in China. The reasons that limit developing and countermeasures were proposed based on the investigation and analysis. Results. Compared with national average level, Sichuan tea production was of obvious scale advantage, efficiency advantage and integrated advantage, but the gap was still large compared with such provinces as Zhejiang and Fujian; Four factors limiting the competitiveness of Sichuan tea production were summarized, in order to enhance the competitiveness, should increase the foundation of standardization, improve the tea industrialization level, strengthen the admittance of the brand and construct the modern marketing network system.
