阶段性康复训练对心脏瓣膜置换术患者心脏康复的影响

Influence of phased rehabilitation training on patients after heart valve replacement

目的探讨阶段性康复训练对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者心脏康复的疗效。方法选取70例心脏瓣膜置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组术后接受常规康复指导,观察组采用术后阶段性康复训练。结果观察组患者完成床上主动运动、下床活动时间、自行到洗漱间洗漱、沿病区走廊行走200米的时间均显著早于对照组;出院时,观察组6min步行距离显著长于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论阶段性康复训练及护理能改善术后心脏功能,帮助患者尽快恢复身心健康,促进患者术后早日康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of phased rehabilitation training on patients after heart valve replacement.Methods A total of 70 patients after heart valve replacement were divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 35 cases.The control group received routine nursing care and instructions,while the experimental group was subjected to a phased rehabilitation training program.Results The time to start active movement in bed,begin off-bed activities,go to the bathroom to wash up and walk 200 metres along the ward corridor in the experimental group was much earlier than in the control group;on discharge day,the 6minutes′walking distance of the experimental group was significantly longer than the control group（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Phased rehabilitation training and nursing can improve postoperative cardiac function,help patients restore physical and mental health as soon as possible and promote patients′postoperative recovery.
