高水平消毒物品储存时限的研究

Investigating the shelf life of high-level disinfected instruments

目的探讨高水平消毒物品储存有效期限,为临床安全应用消毒物品以及消毒供应中心何时进行物品的再处理提供依据。方法将临床各科室送至消毒供应中心高水平消毒处理后的呼吸机管道、呼吸机管道附件、复苏囊、面罩等物品共240件(普通科室与ICU各120件,用保鲜自封袋包装后,送至科室,统一储存于治疗室的整理箱内,于消毒后保存1周,2周,3周,1个月,2个月,3个月时分别采样进行细菌培养。结果不同储存时限消毒物品细菌培养均合格,普通科室组和ICU组的消毒物品在消毒后1周、2周、3周、1个月、2个月和3个月的细菌学培养均为合格。结论经过高水平消毒后的物品储存3个月是安全可使用的,更长的储存时限还需进一步的验证。

Objective To evaluate the length of time high-level disinfected medical instruments can be safely stored before requiring redisinfection and to provide evidence for central sterile supply department（CSSD）when to redisinfect the items.Methods A total of 240pieces（120from wards,and 120 from ICU）of ventilator circuits and humidifiers,resuscitation kits and masks were selected,and underwent reprocessing with high-level disinfection（HLD）in CSSD.Then the 240 pieces were sealed up,sent back to where they belonged,and stored in plastic boxes in the therapeutic rooms.The bacteria were sampled and cultured 1,2,3weeks and 1,2,3months later.Results Bacteria cultures generated negative results for all medical instruments sent to the lab at all time points.Conclusion After HLD,all the medical items maintain the same level of disinfection and remain safe to use when stored as long as 3months.However,the longer shelf life needs further evidence.
