护理专业本科生核心护理技能体系的构建

Construction of a core nursing skills system for nursing undergraduates

目的构建护理专业本科生核心护理技能体系。方法采用德尔菲法对42名专家进行咨询。结果经过2轮咨询,最终确定护理专业本科生应该具备基础护理技能、专科护理技能、重症急救护理技能、中医护理技能4个方面的核心护理技能。其中,基础护理技能领域包含18个方面共97项具体的核心护理技能;专科护理技能领域包含7个方面共32项具体的核心护理技能;基本重症及急救护理技能领域包含2个方面共11项具体的核心护理技能;中医护理技能方面共包含15项具体的核心护理技能。结论护理专业本科生核心护理技能体系的构建,为现阶段本科护理技能教学项目的确定与完善提供一定的借鉴指导,促进护理技能教学内容的及时更新。

Objective To construct a core nursing skills system for nursing undergraduates.Methods Forty-two nursing experts were chosen to take part in two rounds of consultation according to the Delphi method.Results After two-round consultation,four dimensions of core skills,including fundamental nursing skills,specialized nursing skills,critical and emergency nursing skills and TCM nursing skills,were constructed.The fundamental nursing skills included 18 aspects involving 97 items,the specialized nursing skills included 7aspects involving 32 items,the critical and emergency nursing skills included 2aspects involving 11 items,and the TCM nursing skills included 15 items directly.Conclusion The core nursing skills system for nursing undergraduate constructed provides some guidance and reference for teaching nursing skills at this stage and promote timely updating of the teaching content.
